🧠 OUR MISSION

At Next Gen Engineers, our mission is simple:

To make engineering accessible, inspiring, and hands-on for every student.

We believe every child should have the opportunity to experiment, build, and dream—no matter where they come from. Through workshops and mentorship, we bring real engineering experiences to classrooms and communities that need them most.

🚀 OUR FOUNDER

Sebastian Asady, Founder & President

Sebastian is a junior at American Heritage School Palm Beach, a nationally ranked Speech & Debate competitor, and a top student in his school’s Pre-Engineering program.

His love for engineering started with LEGO builds and grew into a passion for robotics, design, and materials science. After attending the University of Pennsylvania Robotics Summer Program, he wanted to share that excitement with students who might never get the same chance.

“Engineering teaches us to build solutions that make life better. I want every student to know they can do that too.”

– Sebastian Asady

💡 OUR VISION
